The Company segments its operations into three distinct areas: Business Development; Technical Operations; and Administration.
Business Development is overseen by the CEO and President. Their work is co-ordinated at the Company’s head office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Once projects have been secured, they appoint in-country operators, managers and consultants to oversee day-to-day operations and to complete the identified work programmes.
Technical Operations will be overseen by a Senior Technical Consultant (“STC”) who is directed by the CEO and President. The STC is responsible for recommending the technical support team (Operators, Geologists, Geophysicists, Technicians, Consultants and Support Staff) to the CEO and President that are required to expeditiously complete a project. The technical team will then report directly to the STC.
Administration is overseen by the COO and CFO and is managed in the Vancouver, Canada office. The Company’s CFO and Accounting team manage all financial matters for the Company and consolidate financial reports from head office in Riyadh, where project budgets are managed. This approach enables the Company to carry on business in a diverse range of countries under a uniform financial management model, taking into account various currencies and regional control eccentricities. The financial team is responsible for providing audited, quarterly and year-end financial statements to the stock exchange, regulatory bodies and for disclosure to shareholders. The COO oversees all aspects of legal, regulatory and compliance matters, investor relations, and the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
