(the "Company") (CNSX Exchange: POV – OTG Exchange FSG) The Company regrets to announce that the Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Republic of Niger on October 23, 2008 has been cancelled due to the inability of the parties to resolve certain preliminary issues surrounding the Memorandum. The Company will therefore not proceed with this project.
The Company would like to thank the Government of Niger for their consideration of Petrol One for this project and the opportunity to be involved.. The company does not have any ongoing material financial or other obligations to the Government of Niger or any other parties as a result of the MOU or its termination.
